so todayyyyy i hit the gym hahahah for the first time in my life, i had no regret of paying for the gym. for me gyms are overrated. but today its fun fun fun! the trainer say that "she has endurance, not strength" hahaha i thought i work a lot on my body but turns out that my legs are still shaky after few legs routine zzz but it feels good, it boost my confidence a lot. i keep myself that i can do this i can do this. at point i feel like giving up, but seeing biha keeps going make me want to keep trying.
so endurance huh? that what you get from daily jog routine. i think its always a good thing to endure a lot right. eventually endurance makes you stronger. in life, you need courage to start moving, but you need endurance to keep going. endure until you cant but know that you still can if you try. only if you try, then you'll know how much stronger, you are. xx sue
